2. Advanced Supervision
The Teacher conducts biometric scans every 10 seconds, monitoring your Head, Shoulders, and Ears. It also actively tracks browser tab navigation to ensure you do not wander to other sites. Enable the Optional Bluetooth Guardian to monitor if you pick up or unlock your phone device.

1. Local RAM Processing & No Recording Policy: Your absolute privacy is the foundation of Satale. Both your camera feed and Bluetooth signals are processed 100% locally in your device's volatile RAM. Satale DOES NOT record, save, or store any video footage, photos, or device signals. No information is ever sent to any external server. No human, including the developers, will ever see your video feed. Closing the tab wipes all temporary monitoring data instantly. Tab navigation is detected via the standard browser Page Visibility API, which identifies if the session tab is active without accessing any external browsing data, PC screen content, or other open applications.
2. Biometric Consent: By initiating this timer, you grant the Satale Teacher permission to perform continuous local biometric monitoring via your camera. The AI tracks the alignment of your head, shoulders, and ears to ensure you are seated and focused. Reading physical books is permitted only if your shoulders remain clearly visible to the AI scanner.
3. Zero Phone Policy: Visual object detection is constantly active to identify handheld screens. If you choose to use the Bluetooth Guardian, the Teacher creates a secure, local link with your phone. If you break your focus by unlocking your phone or picking it up, the Teacher will detect the change in the Bluetooth heartbeat and issue a penalty immediately.
4. 30-Second Grace Period: You are permitted a cumulative buffer of 30 seconds for non-detection or suspicious activity. Once this buffer is exhausted, the session terminates immediately and cannot be recovered.
5. Privacy & Data: We value your privacy. The Bluetooth connection does not allow us to see your messages, photos, or apps. It acts only as a 'tether' to know if the phone is being used. Biometric analysis is strictly behavioral and never captures identity identifiers.
6. Finality of Failure: Failure protocols are automated and final. DISGRACEFUL behavior (leaving the desk, phone usage) resulting in a failed session is documented for your own accountability and cannot be appealed.
7. Focus Lockdown: Switching browser tabs, minimizing the window, or navigating away while a session is active is considered a breach of focus. The Teacher will detect the loss of focus and terminate the session immediately.
